- Then cut half from middle so it makes 2 layer, one bottom layer and one upper layer.
- Now for frosting beat cream it will double in size first make 3 portions of cream. Add colour like light dark and darker.
- Now moist both sides of bottom layer with 2 tbsp milk both sides and apply cream on bottom layer then take upper layer moist it with milk then top on whipped cream at bottom layer.
- Now cover whole cake with cream and fisrt make rossette with darker then dark then light and cover the light.
